Cancellation policy

For your information, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Course fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is only possible for a student to transfer a booking for a masterclass & workshop if a medical certificate is provided. It cannot be guaranteed that the workshop will be repeated. It is only possible for a student to transfer a booking for a diploma or certificate course if a medical certificate is provided. A course booking may only be transferred once, and the new place be taken up within one year.

Should Essentials for Health have to cancel a course the student will receive a refund or a credit note (whichever the student prefers) for the full amount of fees paid.

In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, Essentials for Health will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the participant associated with joining that course.

Upon the payment of a deposit to secure a booking, a participant is liable for the payment of their course fees in full, before the end of that training and regardless of whether they complete the training or not.

Essentials for Health, reserves the right to change details of courses without advance notice, and to ask a student to leave the course (without recompense) if their behaviour is not conducive to a team environment
