Massage Magic

A wonderful first step for the beginner in massage, this one-day introductory workshop is ideal if you'd like to dip your toe in the water. Unwind and relax at this practical workshop that introduces you to the relaxing techniques of Swedish Massage. You will learn a little about the benefits of massage and contraindications before learning how to give effective massage on the back of the body for friends and family using oils and soothing music to relieve stress and tension and enhance health. This is also a great taster if you are thinking of going on to study a professional diploma in massage and if you sign up for that diploma course with us within a month of attending this workshop, you will get your workshop fee refunded. Massage 'Open Days'

There are three ways you can come and meet us!

Come along to one of our Open Afternoons and visit one of our venues, enjoy a presentation from Managing Director Gill Tree and meet some of our tutors and graduates. Experience what it might be like to be a student of Essentials for Health for a few hours and learn some fun theory and introductory techniques in fully-clothed Holistic massage and Sports massage demonstrations. Or come for a Massage Clinic Day, and receive a massage from one of our current students for just £10 (all proceeds going to our 10 sponsored children through the charity 'Plan').
