There are three ways you can come and meet us! Come along to one of our Open Afternoons and visit one of our venues, step into our one-day introductory Massage Magic workshop of try our FREE infant massage classes.

Massage MagicA wonderful first step for the beginner in massage, this one-day introductory workshop is ideal if you'd like to dip your toe in the water. Unwind and relax at this practical workshop that introduces you to the relaxing techniques of Swedish Massage. You will learn a little about the benefits of massage and contraindications before learning how to give effective massage on the back of the body for friends and family using oils and soothing music to relieve stress and tension and enhance health. This is also a great taster if you are thinking of going on to study a professional diploma in massage and if you sign up for that diploma course with us within a month of attending this workshop, you will get your workshop fee refunded. These one day introductory workshops are held in London. |

Massage 'Open Days'There are three ways you can come and meet us! Come along to one of our Open Afternoons and visit one of our venues, enjoy a presentation from Managing Director Gill Tree and meet some of our tutors and graduates. Experience what it might be like to be a student of Essentials for Health for a few hours and learn some fun theory and introductory techniques in fully-clothed Holistic massage and Sports massage demonstrations. Or come for a Massage Clinic Day, and receive a massage from one of our current students for just £10 (all proceeds going to our 10 sponsored children through the charity 'Plan'). Or come and visit a class in action to observe and speak to one of our tutors. Just call 01628 476100 to arrange. |

Mother and Baby Massage - FREE ClassesFREE BABY MASSAGE CLASSES -- We are offering the parents An carers (Dads welcome too!!) of babies between the ages of 3 and 8 months the opportunity to come along to a free course of Infant Massage classes. You will receive a free bottle of massage oil and be taught how to massage your baby by people who are training to teach infant massage. You will be the only one massaging your baby. Run over 3 days, these classes commence at 2pm and finish no later than 3.30pm. The classes are held at The Amadeus Centre, 50 Shirland Road, Little Venice, London, W9 2JA |
