Time and again, people who have not trained with Essentials for Health come to us lamenting that they have not done so.  They experience a massage from one of our students and realise how much more there is to know and what a superb repertoire of techniques we teach.

If you want to learn some unique, powerful and effective techniques that have become our trademark then come and top-up.

In this day we will focus on teaching you our techniques for the back (with 32 different techniques) and legs, and share a little of our philosophy and vision. This will be a really outstanding day full of fun, joy and of course, massage!
